Another kitchen dilemma!

Are cashmere coloured kitchens a bit naff? Matt not glossy.
Planning a new kitchen and don't want grey or navy. I hate green and white could be too stark.

Online it looks quite pink or it it more beige coloured?

Quite like the idea of a soft pink with a thin white quartz or marble top. Also, it's just for the bottom as not having wall units

Ha!! I have cashmere in my London flat. We like it. We have a white quartz work top with cashmere flecks in it. The cashmere is handleless Matt. It was supplied by the developer so I don’t know the brand but it’s less stark than all white and, although I like grey, I think cashmere is timeless too. I feel pink might be a bit “now” but if you like it, why not? F&B web site is full of pink kitchens.

You need to get a sample and see what it looks like in your house. Ours is allegedly a colour match for F&B Purbeck Stone and doesn't look pinky to me.

@presentingpercy yours sounds exactly what I want!! The reason I'm thinking cashmere over pink is because I think (a true) pink will date quickly too. Does your kitchen look pink at all?

I'm looking at diy kitchens.

No. Cannot say it’s pink. More a warm beige/taupe but if you want pink, paint the walls maybe? We like green plants with it and have jewel green/jade blinds.

Cashmere is quite enduring and less of a fashion tone. But what’s on-trend right now is to go dual tone on your cabinet fronts....so to have most of your cabinets in cashmere for example but a bank, island or end strip in say a trendy dark blue. You can always pimp up the whole look with say on trend copper handles.
