Making my window filled porch into a boot room

Taking boot room to mean a useful space for muddy wet gear etc, I’ve realised that my porch could be designed into more of this sort of functional space - but it’s mostly windows! It’s about 3m by 3m, but windows down to about mid thigh level. Wondering if the best option is to build in shelves and drawers under the window sills, does anyone have any bright ideas?

Could you dispense with one wall of windows? That would give you much more room to hang coads and store hats, gloves etc. Or is there wall space either side of tge door into the house from the porch?

There’s about 0.75m of wall space between the porch door and the house door - you enter the porch by the wall of the house, not opposite the house door, if that makes sense.
