Quick poll
As I just realised our house isn't listed on Zoopla.

Most people use Rightmove although i would expect it to be on both - how much are you paying your estate agents commission wise? Seems a bit stingy.

@mountains76 yes I'm a tad annoyed
I don't use Zoopla so I didn't think to check
But it might explain the lack of interest and the fact that when we sold (it fell through) it was through another ea we had it on with at the time , it was a part ex and the developer has it on with 2 ea's, our current one and the one it sold with , we went with current one as the photos are much better and our house is still upside down from the failed move )
Going to ring the other ea now and put it back on with them too .

Some EA don’t use zoopla. We sold with KFH in London and they don’t use Zoopla. They said something about their estimated prices confusing people.

I think most people seriously looking will use both.

Both. I find Zoopla so much easier to navigate and look at the pictures on Android.

But it always updates a few hours later than Rightmove.

I find that all find houses I've looked at are on Rightmove but sometimes not Zoopla . For example one area i'm looking at has 616 properties on Rightmove and 414 on Zoopla .
I admit I only use Rightmove
