Hi, this is a real long shot but I am after a 3 or 4 bed detached house in Godley Hyde, i dont suppose any Mumsnet people looking to sell and want to avoid agent fees? Or know of anyone considering selling....
Would also consider The Pentland Way estate in Newton and also a semi would be considered if decent size.
