Bathroom with bulkhead

Does anyone have a bulkhead in their bathroom? Our ensuite has this and looking for some inspiration to make it useable!

We have the boiler over the bulkhead and then a strong wall with the shower on the other side, it's so close to the boiler and gets amazing water pressure.

We've just moved into a doer upper so welcome back to the 80s 😂

Our boiler is elsewhere. Our architect has suggested we put the sink there with a step up. It will just be a shower sink toilet when it's done as the bathroom is elsewhere.
