Has anyone used this website and can give me a run down of how your experience was?

To sell, I found them to be utterly useless.

I contacted them 4 times about our kitchen and never heard back from them. I'd understand if it was a knackered out old thing but it was quite a high end, quality kitchen and only a couple of years old installed by the previous owner. Granite tops, integrated appliances. Obviously didn't want to know.

I ended up selling privately on Facebook Marketplace. The people buying came and removed the kitchen in it's entirety, which saved me paying someone to remove it and I paid no fees or commission.

Bought through them - very easy - kitchen fab (ex-display) and an excellent bargain! They just put me in touch with the actual seller and I organised it all with them.

Thank you for both of your replies. I am looking to buy a kitchen potentially through them. Hopefully I'll find one that suits us!
