Anyone used we buy any house or similar?

Trying to sell a relatives house to pay for care home fees but it looks like it's about to fall through. Has anyone used one of the instant house purchase people? How do we find a trustworthy one?

Not sure about trustworthy ones but my friend used one part exchange type when she sold her house made it so much easier and even tho it was slightly less than she could have got there was no stress
