Sold our house in September and had offer accepted for onward purchase, very excited about moving into new house.
We are 100% ready to go with sale and purchase, it was looking like we might get a date set for exchange / completion....then we find out our sellers are having an issue with onward purchase (title deed or something). So now we're just waiting for them for sort it out and twiddling our thumbs until they're in a position to suggest a date.
Bored of waiting and feel complete powerless to make anything happen. Boo!!! Anyone feeling similarly frustrated?
