My mortgage broker does not update me or respond to any of my messages, emails or phone calls asking for an update. I have emailed the sales manager to get them to push it along as it’s an in house broker.
I ended up calling the mortgage company for an update in which they advised they were waiting for further documentation which they asked for on the 16th November again this week. I sent the information across in the end but there are 2 things she needs to do. I’ve left it a little while as I know Covid are causing delays but feel this is excessive especially the lack of communication. Can you change a mortgage broker mid way through an application?
