Are they any good? It's between this or a Bosch.

We've had one for about a year now, very happy with it.

We have one, love it. Clothes come out almost dry. Super customisable too.

Ours was awful but has good reviews so maybe unlucky but left clothes soaking wet.

I have an ecobubble with the addwash feature. I'm afraid I can't compare it against many others since it's my first ever washing machine, but I'm very happy with it. Agree with pp in that the clothes don't require a lot of drying time (I don't have a dryer). The one that I purchased is no longer available despite mine being 4 months old.

We got the WiFi one as our washing machine is in the basement and you can't hear when it's done.
We've had the entire insides replaced as the bearings went in the first year.
Samsung's customer service was really good, we filled in a form online and a man came out and fixed it (all for free) within a week.
The app isn't great though, I think they had some security problems which meant they added an extra layer of security so you have to reconnect it to the WiFi for each wash which I always forget to do. I know that it would be annoying if hackers kept starting the washing machine while I was out or something, but it's a bit annoying anyway.

Definitely get a Bosch over the Samsung - it's a step up in terms of build quality/reparability/spares availability.

Anecdotal, but I had an ecobubble a few years ago & one of the drum shock absorbers failed after around 6 months.
Replaced with a Siemens (similar to Bosch) & the build quality difference with them side by side was obvious.

Mine is lovely and quiet, but it doesn't get the clothes as dry as my old Bosch, despite leaving them much more creased after a spin. I have to iron a much higher proportion of my washing now.
