Once it's gone through land registry I believe, can be around 3 months

Loofah01 · 09/12/2020 16:39

Rightmove doesn't as far as I know. It lists house for a price and they get bought and the listing archived. Zoopla has house sale prices though

It varies a lot. Sometimes it goes on the following month, sometimes not for six months.

3 months I believe

Thecatisboss · 09/12/2020 16:43

www.nethouseprices.com has sold house prices. It tends to be about 6 months afterwards.

Bluntness100 · 09/12/2020 16:45

Right move does list it, it’s under property sale history as you toggle down.

I also thought it was six months for both.

ramblingsonthego · 09/12/2020 16:48

When the sale is complete the land registry update the sold price on its own website after 3 months. Rightmove then use the land registry information and update the sold prices on its own website. Can take up to 6 months on rightmove after completion.

Ours have taken about 6 months in the past

The Land Registry process can be very quick, somewhere in the middle or incredibly slow! It needs the buyer's solicitor to send the application in after completion and some are slow at this..... then it depends if there is anything remotely fiddly or any docs missing. If it's a new build flat or could take forever and a day!

Not sure when Rightmove updates but when I search the Land Registry
sold prices by postcode online I can get transactions completing up to and including August 2020 appearing. Though annoyingly none of the ones I'm interested in are there, think they must be after that or still going through.

MissPollyPops · 09/12/2020 17:50

I noticed today that Scottish ones have been updated recently. I sold last month and that's on there now..

Dinosaur765876 · 09/12/2020 17:56

Rightmove is usually updated about once a month. It was last updated on 10 November (up to end of August) so should be updated again for up to end of September any day now.

Land registry
but their data set is NOT complete

isseywith4vampirecats · 09/12/2020 20:55

even though we have bought our house i still like having a mooch on rightmove if you look for filters you can include sold properties on your search and it will bring up houses sold in the last 3 months in the listings

It's when the land registry is updated after the sale has completed
