Been try to sort out house - it’s very old and has had limited modernisation done in the last 30 / 40 years, and nothing in cellar - do I need to worry about aspestos?
Did they line cellars with it back then?
The paint work has “bubbled” up with the damp and there is a bit of white powder coming out of it.
