Can someone please tell me what I'm looking at in picture 12 (to the far left)? You can see it on the picture from the front of the property too, so I can see there's a trampoline. Is it some kind of (very big) climbing frame?

I can see what you mean - it would be around the stump of a tree rather than actually in one? It's really quite big isn't it and if it's actually around a tree there's a permanence to it as well.

Yeah, it's a tree-house/climbing frame. It's a lovely house, but there's very little privacy outside there.

No privacy at all. I'm surprised it got planning permission actually (if it was sought) but I'm not ready to be the arsehole new neighbour who buys a house and then wants it taking down.

Shame, because as you say Whererainfalls it's a lovely house and it's got so much potential, but it's not for me.
