Live in a block of flats 9 in a block and this year especially we've been having problems with a neighbour across the landing. My partner is the one that gets the abuse from her even though we've helped her out in the past and recently was me that put a notice into the housing about rubbish being left in close that was hers ever since then she's hell bent on making my partners life a misery but shouting up at the window calling him all sorts saying stuff in the close so we can hear so she can get a reaction from him recently a neighbour heard her saying in close aye hes getting a kicking up and down the street obviously mentioning his name then the next morning shes seen with 2 young males they all go their separate ways then these 2 males are at our door finger over spy hole looking for her even though we told them wrong door they wouldn't accept it etc.
Housing have told us to write everything down and record what we can and most of the recording are what we've heard her say in the close from behind our door so you can only hear her voice. Police suggested a while ago about a ring door bell and housing officer had asked if we had one as I was trying to send her a video when I mentioned i was thinking of getting one she never said no.
Our neighbour on 1st floor has put one up too as they have problems with this same neighbour. I have notified housing about it and have set privacy zones so her door is blocked out and will only record if someone is at our door or if someone passes i get a notification with a picture.
She has refused to go through mediation and constantly tells the housing and police she's not doing anything or saying anything even though I have video evidence and have the neighbours downstairs looking out for us and both poilce and housing dont seem to want to do anything and even if housing do say to her to stop she goes quiet for a few weeks then kicks of.
The bell is there to prove what is happening and for our security etc is this OK in flats to have as theres no where else to put it and though it was better than a actuall security camera plus there's a sticker to say its there
