Do all new TVs have freeview built in ?

Wanted to buy a new tv and we don't have satellite subscription.

Current tv ( Samsung ) has built in freeview . Thinking of replacing with another Samsung, but it looks like a painting ( our concept planner / designer told me about it on sale at JL today ) called The Frame . Can anyone tell me if I need to buy a freeview box with it ? Or is it built in ? It says not 'Freesat' on the spec - but says 'TV plus' on the spec. Can't phone up as the lines busy. Anyone know ?

The John Lewis website says it has a digital tuner which means you can receive Freeview via an aerial or Freesat via a dish.

Some reviews say best set up with a sound bar or through Sonos.
