I am after a swan neck style chrome tape with a pull out spray head and separate hot and cold controls. Simple looking, nothing fancy c.£200.
I had my eye on a Bristan amazon.co.uk/Bristan-BE-SNK-Beeline-Kitchen/dp/B0051NCWYS/ref=pd_ybh_a_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=9EVTJ1TWVRXQGHCRKP5H]] but some of the reviews are worrying me so now looking at Grohe or similar. They have a single lever which isn't what we want. Can anyone point me towards a suitable tap of a similar quality please?

Bristan are very good. have you looked at their entire range, on their own website?

Taps with ceramic cartridges, especially the ones with a joystick, are more troublesome, and with some plumbing systems, high-pressure cold water can internally leak into the hot pipes.

Taps with rotating capstans or knobs are IME more durable, and a hundred times easier to maintain. This must be why they are not considered fashionable.

The "Easy-fit" taps have a sort of snap-on action that I think adds complexity and an extra potential point of failure, so I'd go for conventional fit.

p.s.
your link doesn't work.

@PigletJohn that's really helpful, thank you. I'll try to attach the picture of the tap which the link was meant to show.
