Residence 9 (R9 / R7) windows anygood?

They look fab and am considering them. Any views or experiences ....online reviews do look dicey but I think they had a lot of teething issues 4 years ago. Thank you!

I've got Residence 7 windows for the second time recenlty house. I really like the flush finish and they have a good selection of colours. They aren't a budget choice though!

@SollaSollew thank you, that’s good to know, yes we’ve had a couple of quotes and they’re certainly not cheap but if we are going to go down the upvc route then want to get ones that look as close to wood as possible. May I ask what made you decide to go for R7 over R9, was it the look of them or the price?
