Help need to change a lamp quickly and can't figure it out

Tenants arriving today and need to change lamp over from fancy one to plain white
Can anyone look at the pics attached and help me I'm going from the red on to the 'normal wiring' ie brown blue etc

I'm not going to offer electrical advice, you might blow everything up and blame me!
