They are coming up much cheaper (by about £80 a month than the cheapest deal our broker has found for us.
Wondering if it’s too good to be true? If there’s something we are missing?

They’re legit but very difficult to get in touch with. We tried for one about 4 weeks ago. They were not dealing with any brokers and did not answer their phones or emails. We eventually got a call back about 2 weeks later but had already gone with another deal.

They’re one of the 3 main banks in Northern Ireland, so they’re a legit outfit.

I used to work for their arrears department - they’re much of a muchness in terms of any other mortgage provider.

We did have, at our last house. They were fine - we had access to our mortgage to make overpayments via a portal which was useful. Never had any trouble getting through to customer support on the phone and they seemed very good. I would happily use them again.
