Hi, please see photos attached. One is our current dining area and play room. We are planning on putting an extension on, same size in every picture (my draws bad)
A) add on the play room and make an office. The office would probably be a bit bigger than needed but would be great in current circumstances.
B) one big dining area with a snug and playroom with a desk / office space
C) extended dining area with playroom and separate office.
We have young children so playroom is essential, office not so much just need somewhere to have a desk. I would love a bigger dining space to allow for a bigger table / extended table at Christmas.
Any thoughts? All walls are supporting walls so would need iron work for option B and C
