Mortgage Valuation - Nationwide

Hi ,
I am having a valuation done on my property tomorrow for a remortgage, by nationwide. I was wondering what to expect from this? Will it be a very detailed valuation or just a quick walk around? I've never been on this side of remortgaging before, so I am unsure

Quick walk around to confirm house is there and isnt about to fall down!

When we remortgaged with nationwide we didn't even need to be in for our valuation, they did it roadside.

quick walk around. ours was done in about 5 minutes, i dont even think they got out the car!

Ours was desktop. They didn’t even leave the office

Some will do a desktop,some will do a drive by. If they are coming into the house they will check that it is liveable and has a functioning kitchen and bathroom.
