Underfloor heating problem

Hi, can anyone help me with the water underfloor heating problem? It seems working but not heating up any of the rooms. It worked until recently and the engineer who had a lot serviced said it might need valves changed and quoted me 350 for valves a work. I did not understand why the costs are so high given that it is a fairly new house. I attach pictures

It might be a problem with the coils beneath the floor? What type of flooring do you have?

Thank you Moneycannot buy love. The floor is wooden in the living room and carpeted in the bedrooms.

I cannot advise on why it isn't working as the setup looks totally different to mine anyway. @pigleyjohn is great for advice but what I would say is that you do need a plumber/heating engineer that is experienced in underfloor heating. I found out that a lot are not.

British Gas won't even touch underfloor heating as they say they are not UFH engineers!

The fees for the call out are so high and I ve lived in plenty of places which did not require as much expenses as this kind of heating...

When you say it is working and yet not heating the floor it reminds me of our boiler recently.

It was firing up but then turning off five minutes later. The circulating pump wasn’t working, so the boiler was switching off because the water was hot in the boiler (but because it wasn’t being circulated, the hot water wasn’t going anywhere else).

It might well be the pump. Our boiler pump was fixed for about £100.
