£1500 to fit nest, TRVs, magnetic softener and power flush - reasonable?

I have been quoted £1500 to install 8 new TRVs, a magnetic softener, power flush the system and a nest pro thermostat. Anyone know if this is a reasonable cost? I'm in the SE.

I really hope not - sounds extortionate to me.

Well, it does seem a lot considering the cost of the components. But I'm just wondering if I've missed something. The company are reasonably priced on other things, so I find it a bit confusing.

Sounds about double assuming they are supplying all materials
Wouldn't pay more than 1000 for that

You could get a Honeywell Evohome for that, much more controllable than a Nest.

I had 11 valves swapped, system flushed etc and a mains water filter installed in the last couple of weeks - £800 in North Yorks
