Ashford, Kent

Can anyone tell me what it's like in terms of diversity? I've looked at figures and it seems like it's quite low but that isn't always indicative of how it feels/represents if that makes sense.

As per my other thread, I'm struggling to find with relatively diverse areas with good schools commutable to London.

I haven’t seen your other thread, but if you want diversity and great schools then staying in London makes sense? Or is the budget super tight, like 250k for a house?

Could you look at Canterbury? It's much more diverse than Ashford, has great schools but is more expensive than Ashford
In the city you're looking at 400,000 + for a three bed semi
The villages outside (like Chartham) are much cheaper if you like new properties
I've lived in Kent for many years and would always avoid Ashford tbh
