Seems to be. Lot of nice houses, what are transport links , local community etc like? We are currently in NW but considering a move, we live in quite an expensive area and would get much more for our money there. No schooling etc to consider and we both wfh.

Search on here for Uttoxeter as there's been a few posts about living in Uttoxeter.
I'm from stafford and now live near derby and, pre COVID I drove through Uttoxeter every week to see my mum and brother.

It's a nice friendly market town. When I was growing up it was very much a farming area and quite a closed off place. It's expanded and diversified since then, especially with the A50 which takes you to stoke and derby and Leicestershire, and Burton and the a38.

There's some individual shops and bars and coffee shops as well as a big Tesco, a Lidl and my favourite, a Waitrose
