Conveyancing process what happens next

We have a mortgage offer. We are waiting on local searches coming back but have a date when they’re expected.
What’s next? I’m wanting to make sure I keep on top of what the solicitors should be doing! Our buyers are getting restless.

Have enquiries been raised?

Our buyers haven’t raised any but they’re further down the line than us and we’ve disclosed everything in paperwork already. What could they enquire about?

We haven’t had our paperwork about the purchase through yet though!

Has the survey been done, have you had the fixtures and fittings list these along with the searches are beyond your solicitors control.

Surveys all done on both sides (ages ago!). Need the fixtures and fittings list. Will chase that this week!
