I am putting my house on the market in the new year, and hoping the estate agent will handle all the viewings so this maybe a redundant question.
I did the the viewings when I sold my last place and everyone asked why was I moving. At that time I was selling a flat, so I just said I needed a garage.
This time it’s because I can now afford a bigger place in a nicer area. Is that not the reason most people move? But I can’t say that. I know they are fishing for problems, and trying to understand the chain.
