We are looking to get some old chipboard floorboards replaced by something less rubbish. Husband has been doing ongoing repairs for years but we could do with just sorting it properly. Also the worst room is the bathroom which looks a pain to replace.
Which trade should I call in? Is this going to be incredibly expensive?
I believe a cheaper option is to ply over it one room at a time, but not sure that's enough in the bathroom and I'm a bit concerned about reducing access to the underfloor space.
