Bosch serieS 6 washing machine E35 -10 error code

Help!

New washing machine is flashing between ‘E35’ and ‘-10’ error code. Booklet suggest this is linked to ‘water in the base plate’, and slight bit of water on the floor. Will this be a fitting issue or a fault with the actual machine?

Likewise any easy fixes?

Have plugged it out for now.
