Can someone help with searches etc?

Is the homescreen report one of the searches or is that something else? We’ve just had ours through from the solicitor and wondered if this is the beginnings of the searches or if it is separate? I’m really not good at waiting when there’s no fixed ending!

We have been through this recently and our solicitor had some searches ordered, they were about the water utilities and drainage, from the local authority and environmental ones. We are buying a flat so maybe the searches for a house will be different.
