Nothing sold on Rightmove since July 2020

There seems to be a cut off date of exactly 17th July on sold house prices. Then nothing more
Surely things must have sold since then?

I suspect that the sold prices come from the Land Registry (rather than estate agents) and they are possibly not up to date at the moment.

It takes a few months for sales to filter through. Mine took approximately 3 months to appear on the sold figures.

tryingharder92 · 09/11/2020 08:51

They're always about 3 months behind. Possibly more at the moment.

Echobelly · 09/11/2020 08:52

Yes, it's the lag from when it gets information - prices are always around 3 months behind actual.

Alexalee · 09/11/2020 09:19

And the housing market was shut for a few months during 1st lockdown

JoJoSM2 · 09/11/2020 09:34

Lol Yes, Rightmove updates aren’t completely up to date. There’s a 3 months’ delay or so.

I found local sold house price on nethouseprices for August. Nothing on rightmove yet!

Bells3032 · 09/11/2020 10:38

Takes about 3 months for it to sync up. Nethouseprices updates august last week so august should update on rightmove soon

Zofloratheexplora · 09/11/2020 11:29

In my area prices are showing on Rightmove sold prices up until early August. It states the last LR update was 5 October
