How do I remove this built in oven?

How the hell do you shift these things? I need to get in to the back to replace the heating element.

I'm assuming I just somehow need to grab it and pull but I can't find anywhere to grab on to. Why is there not a great big handle somewhere to pull it with?

Is there some kind of trick to this? I wondered about pulling the door but that doesn't seem very sensible.

Any clues much appreciated

With mine, you need to open the door to find the screws holding in in place, undo them and it should come out

I've got the screws out, I just can find anywhere to grab and pull it. It's probably glued in with old grease. Why are the things you think will be simple always so complicated.

Try giving it a gentle pull, it should come out, watch your toes when it does

There are a few YouTube videos showing how it's done; hopefully there's one for your particular oven. Good luck!

Got it. It was totally stuck in with grease and grime. Ran a knife all round the edges and wiggled it quite a lot and it finally moved.
Horrified by how grubby it was in there. How does all that gunk get in? Hopefully won't have to remove it again for another 10 years.
