I want to replicate this set up (but with a solid wall at the right). What is the name of the type of shower enclosure wall that fits above the end of the bath?

I'm not sure I'm explaining this well. Blush

Does this help?

Ah, so maybe there is no off the shelf version. Thanks for the link. Smile

Plan B is to build a slim solid wall there instead, up to, say, 6 foot high, but I wonder if it would be very dark in the shower.

this company may be able to do it - they were a lot cheaper than other bespoke companies I spoke to

Thanks! That site is very informative. It appears it’s called a dwarf wall. Smile

Yes, also called a half wall or pony wall (in the US mostly)

You could replicate with a fixed shower screen just get one the width of your bath ....

WeAreFromThePlanetDuplo · 06/11/2020 13:09

avery, if I did that it would be too tall, as I only want the glass from to go from the top of the bath up to about 6 feet. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean.

Isn't it just the end of the bath?

Isn't it just the end of the bath?
I meant, what do you call the bit of glass that goes above the end of the bath? I thought they came off the shelf like the other bits of a shower cubicle, but couldn't find them online. Turns out they're bespoke.

Call a local glass company pretty sure they can do that cut to size and installed. I'd call it a pony wall with glass on the top of it.

Made to measure is probably the easiest way but you may also be able to find a bath screen of the right width, preferably a fixed rather than hinged one eg
