We have sold our flat and bought a house and are due to move on 13 November - 12 days away. It took a while to get our mortgage offer but it's now in place. However the person buying our flat (FTB) still hasn't had their mortgage offer. They had to submit extra information to their application on Friday but this is going to set the final decision back further. I'm starting to get really worried now that we don't have enough time to complete between now and our entry date. I'm also a bit concerned about a second lockdown - I'm in Scotland so we aren't in one yet. Just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and how it turned out? Thanks!
