I’m hoping someone can give me a rough idea of cost. We had a quote for a two storey extension that came in at £160,000 including a bathroom and en-suite. The downstairs would have consisted of garage space and space for a kitchen diner (though no kitchen actually quoted for as obviously they vary hugely in price) also included demolition of current garage. If we made it one storey instead including garage space and kitchen/diner/family room but no upstairs and therefore no bathrooms would anyone have an idea of cost? I know it’s a tricky one but I thought maybe someone would have a better idea than me! TIA
