Do you have any of these. Are you happy with it?

I have (and prefer) engineered if a good quality engineered wooden floor. Much more stable 🙂

I have engineered wood. It's more stable so should not warp or twist.

Solid wood is more prone to warping due to any change in moisture in the room. It can be sanded down repeatedly but generally there is far more choice in engineered wood. Check the veneer depth. The greater the depth, the better. You can send it down a couple of times if necessary. It’s better with underfloor heating and is the more stable product.

Guymere, can you recommend a reputable company?
