We have a chance of buying a new build, but we are new to the process so would love to hear your experience and or advise.
We have been trying to sell our house since Jan 2020, havent had any luck, we stumbled upon a development and it is within our financial range, plus they offer assisted sale of our current house, and they do not take any money for doing so, you are just locked in to buying a house from them if they do sell our house within so many weeks. This saves a good few thousands and guarantees us a house we know we like because its reserved for us in the process.
The house however isnt going to be ready to move in till July 2021.
Anyone had experience going down this road? Will the house definitely be done when they say or are we naïve?
