Bath screen?

We have recently had one of our bathrooms done. Very pleased with how it looks (not finished yet), tiling to finish near window, towel rail etc to go in.
We bought a bath screen that has turned out to be extremely heavy and annoyingly, cannot be attached to a straight wall due to the dimensions of the bathroom. One solution is to build something out from the window frame and attach there.
We have a wand attachment by the bath and a shower head near the ceiling. Regretting the shower head now as this seems to mean that a bath screen is necessary.
Has anyone had a similar set up and not had a bath screen?

We’ve got a curtain. Beautiful bit of fabric with a plan white waterproof one inside. Easy to clean, chuck it in the washing machine (no limescale!) easy to change to something different if you get bored.

Thank you 😊. Annoyingly, bath doesn't go from wall to wall. I'd be very happy with that if we could make it work. Circular rails attached to the ceiling or tiles seem very expensive, have looked for one in brushed brass and no luck yet...

We didn't end up doing it, but we did look at getting a bespoke bath screen which had corners to suit the dimensions of the room. I can't imagine it would be particularly cheap though

The wall it would attach to stops short below the window so there's not a complete wall to attach it to and one solution that has been suggested is to build out a timber support from the window frame.
This would create a lot of issues when we want to replace double glazing as well.
The screen support part in your photo sadly wouldn't work but I like the design of the rail. Thank you

I have a ceiling mounted shower curtain. It rolls back up into the cassette so is out of the way.

See if a glazier will cut it to shape.

Get one made, it’ll work out to suit you and over 15 years of a bathroom be reasonably good value.

OP I can't picture your set up at all, but would it help to install the shower at the other end of the bath, and/or build in a false wall at the end away from the window?

If you posted a diagram there are lots of clever people here who might have some other ideas.

Everything else already installed and it is a frustrating set up. The only option would have been adding support to the window frame.
I like the idea of a curtain that folds into a cassette and builder can source a nice ceiling rail, hopefully.

Who did your bathroom planning? Pretty basic mistake.

We had this problem in a rental house. The previous owner just let the water go everywhere. Loads of suppliers make oval rails that hang from the ceiling. I hate them and clingy wet curtains so I would try and sort out something for the screen to hang from but wood will rot.
