Property Charge from Divorce

Hello
Does anyone know if a charge on your property from divorce has not actually been registered with the Land Registry after 17 years - does it expire?

If it's not registered with the Land Registry there is no charge. . . . I'm hoping for your sake this is good news for you, not bad x
