Are estate agents staying open in Tier 3 places? Are viewings allowed?

The area I'm looking to buy in, is now i tier 3
Couldn't find the info online.

I'm now worried that I won't be able to view or allowed to travel into the city from a nearby (but not tier 3) city (around 30min buy train).
And what about bringing your ID into the office when buying?
In spring empty houses were the only ones you could view, will that apply again, I wonder.

I might decide to go for a house I've already viewed but rather still view more. But still need to go into office if offer accepted.

I think estate agents are staying open and viewings can continue. In theory you aren't supposed to enter a tier 3 area unless essential but it says here a house move can count as essential:

So think its largely up to you.

I live in a tier 3 area and my house is up for sale. Whilst I don't have any viewings booked at the moment, my estate agents are still working and still doing viewings.
