Zoopla?

The sale of my house isn't showing on Zoopla. We competed June 2019. I was a first time buyer and am quite new to 'adulting' so not sure how this kind of thing works.

Could this mean my solicitors didn't do something important? Should I have done something that I haven't done? Does this mean there is a problem with the land registry?

Any thoughts? Would be much appreciated as I am completely clueless.

I have seen them not appear or Rightmove or zoopla sometimes but I'm not sure why.

The easiest way to check is to buy the title register for your property on the Land Registry website.- eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/eservices/FindAProperty/view/QuickEnquiryInit.do?_ga=2.47469219.581113412.1603290990-77709961.1603290990

It'll cost £3 but should show your name as owner. If it doesn't, then yes, the solicitors have cocked up something.

If you have a leasehold property make sure you download the leasehold title, not the connected freehold.

Sometimes the address is totally wrong. House 2 doors down is in a different street and, since a few months ago, my 1930s semi is apparently a new build detached with 5 bedrooms.
