Wondering if anyone can advice.
Our deeds say we are responsible for boundary on the left side of our house. Absolutely fine and we are getting quotes as the fence in the garden needs repairing. However the driveway has a wall that is built coming from neighbours garage. It is flush to the garage so that makes me think it is their wall and not ours to repair. Picture attached. Thank you in advance. If its our responsibility we will get it repaired but equally don't want to pay or touch something that may not be our property and get into issues e.g. the wall attached to their garage!
