I am considering a move to Longstaton, and I work just south of Cambridge.
I have heard mixed reviews re the commute in so would realy appreciate any advice on the following. Can anyone tell me approx commute times from Logstanton to Cambridge post A14 works but when there we weren't in full lock down?
is there other route into Cambridge from Lonstanton and is there plans for a second access route into Cambridge for the Northstowe developments or will there be feeding into the same route onto the A14. I have seen a road being built with a roundabou ton the way to Longstanton from cambridge but not sure what this is in relation to
From rightmove searches I noticed that the house prices dropped in 2012-2015 substantially ..is there any reason for this e.g. the annoucement of the Northstowe developement.
Finally is the guided bus route in crowded?
