We have a tap like this and it's leaking - any idea of how to open it to replace the washer? We're at a loss! Thanks!

Its likely that you'll need to replace the whole tap unit rather than a washer

You can buy spares here -> https://www.bakerandsoars.com/store/productinfo.php?productss_id=2546

You buy the cartridges as a unit, not just the washers, and there are different types depending if you bought the tap pre or post 2015. The replacement cartridges should come with a fitting guide or you can look up fitting replacement cartridges on google/youtube Smile.

Where is it leaking - at the swivel join or at the levers? Usually there is a YouTube video for this kind of thing. Turn the valves underneath off first and there may be a small grub screw/hex bolt at the back of the tap to release the top.

Thank you all! It's dripping from the tap (realize this was essential information 🤦🏼‍♀️).

Can't work out how to get the washer out (if indeed that is the issue, as pressing both handles in seems to solve it - it's currently strapped up with a couple of elastic bands). I'll take a look at that link - suspect we need a new washer/valve unit. Thank you!
