Hi im moving into the north east and have no idea of areas to avoid. Any advice would be great. Seen a nice house in Houghton le spring? Any ideas and I quite like the look of Seaham? Any info would be great. Thanks

You'll get a better response if you mention the place names in the title of your thread as "move" doesn't really give enough info.
