Heaton Moor - selling?

Heya,
I know this is probably a longshot but if anyone is thinking (or knows of anyone) that is thinking of selling in the Heaton Moor/Chapel/Mersey/Norris area could you please send me a message. We've exhausted Rightmove and not a lot is coming up at the mo.

Ideally we're looking for a character/period property (but flexible), 3 bedrooms, parking and a garden. Max £500k. We are in a proceedable position being chain free (in rented). Thanks

@FManc there is a FB group for the heatons. Maybe an idea to try there?

Start putting flyers in doors?

@FManc hi OP, my friend recently went on Location Location Location and she said the way they work is they find out the area you're interested in and then the researchers go around putting flyers through the doors of all the houses that are potentials, this is why Phil and Kirstie are always saying, we got to it before it went on the market, because, they say, a lot of people are umming and ahing and it's the push they need, so I would definitely recommend that.

We did actually flyer last year (about 200 houses) but we didn’t really generate any interest. However, I’m not sure if that was down to the quality of the note! lol! There’s nothing to stop us doing it again though.
