Slimmest uPVC windows?

Hello - this is my first time posting, but after trawling the internet with no luck - I thought I would try the wisdom of Mumsnet! Much better than google ...
I am looking for a company that does really slim uPVC windows - I can't afford aluminium ones - but would love a window that at least goes some way to looking not so plastic. Less frame - more window! Does such a company exist?
Thanks everyone
Yours in hope!

Not many upvc windows are slim profile , its usually aluminium or steel with the slim profiles , I did see a house the other day have some upvc windows fitted and they were made by a company called veka. The profile was very square like aluminium I was very impressed by the look of them.

I was looking at aluminium for our current house but in the end we went with evolution windows and they are excellent , more than we wanted to spend but there are upvc windows and then there are evolution. .
Have a look on the website👍

We've had Duraflex Flush Casement windows fitted. Have a Google of images, they look lovely IMO much more modern and slimline from the outside as they fit flush.

Still quite a lot of frame though unfortunately.

The issue is the frame needs to be a certain thickness to take the weight of the glass. Timber and aluminium are stronger thus can be made slimmer that PVC.

We had flush casement windows fitted in our last house and are having them fitted again in our new one in a few months. They’re called Residence 7 and because they fit into the frame rather than over the top they look more streamlined. They are UPVC so are still cheaper than Aluminium but a bit more expensive than standard windows.

We have just got Halo Flush Sash windows throughout the rear of our house. Wanted aluminium frames to match large sliders but couldn't justify the price. Very pleased with the look of them.

They are very like the Residence 7 but cheaper
