Kitchen and dinning room wall colour

Hi all, I am choosing a Dulux wall colour for my kitchen and dinning room. I like Egyption Cotton (used for the wall in my study) but it looks a bit darker. Could anyone suggest a colour similar to EC but slightly lighter? Would Gentle Fawn or Polished Pebble work? Many thanks.

Polished pebble is fractionally darker than egyptian cotton with EC being creamier than the PP. Both are very light colours. I think anything lighter and it may as well be white!

Thanks, Loofah01. I won't consider PP then.

Any suggestion on choosing Dulux Gentle Fawn or Nutmeg White for interior wall?

I have nutmeg white in the hall and its a lovely neutral but can look slightly pink.

I have nutmeg white in the lounge, exceptionally pale! In 'moody' lighting it looks really good and different walls appear different tones. Quite impressed by that actually but it really is just about off white. I should have thought of this in my earlier post!!

Thanks. Just got the tester for both and did find them both slightly pink.
