S. East London Painter & Decorator Recommendations

Hi everyone,

We live in Brockley and are getting a new kitchen installed. As part of this we need our galley kitcen and adjoining sunroom painted. Our usual guy whos doing some of the other work has quoted has £4,700 just for the painting which seems complete madness!

I wondered if anybody had any other recommendations they wouldnt mind sharing?

You might like to ask neighbours too. We’ve always had good local recommendations that way.

is there any reason why you can't paint it yourself?

How can they be charging that much just for painting two rooms??? I'm in Forest Hill and was charged a day rate of £150. He spent 5 days in total to paint my entire flat.

I’m in SE14 and recently had quotes to decorate our house ranging from 1800 to 8.5k!! I will DM you the guy we are using, he’s great and came jn and the same price as two others so not too cheap/pricy.
