Has anyone experienced the sale of a property via unconditional auction terms?
We sold our house and the buyer paid a deposit and exchanged immediately on the day of the auction. As per the terms, we must complete within 28 days.
Everything has gone very quiet and we are 13 days from the 28 day deadline. Our solicitor has given an "estimated" completion date.
I have never sold a property before, both on the general market or auction so I'm not sure what is "normal" in terms of contact.
Does this sound pretty standard?
